Overall Satisfaction with Asana
Asana is used by our support and development departments. Our support and development teams all work remotely so Asana is an easy way for the whole team to stay in contact. It allows each member of the team to create projects, then tasks and subtasks for the project. Each task and project can have deadlines and notes, so it is very easy to see who is staying on top of their work as well as who is falling behind.
- Task Management
- Task Assignment
- Project coordination
- Support task coordination
- Email notification settings are difficult to navigate
- I wish there was a way to track time in Asana
- I wish the price was lower for small teams
- Project management
- Task assignment
- Task tracking
- Asana makes it easy to track tasks for remote employees
- This has reduced the number of times we have multiple employees working on the same task when not needed
Microsoft Teams is great for collaboration, communication, and chatting, but does not have near the amount of features Asana does for task management. We use teams to communicate and Asana to track tasks and projects.
