Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We are using Asana to monitor our IT projects, team holidays, and engineering hours.
The focus is on the project's timeline, the collective time invested by the team, as well as by individuals. Additionally, we consider their future engagement and availability.
We also use the dashboard features for high-level reporting to management.

Asana is an excellent piece of software that helps users in its free version, which I used at my previous company to manage my project load and distribute it to teams.
My current company uses the paid version and it comes with various features that help team members and leadership to manage resources efficiently.
Asana is a highly effective instrument for managing teams and projects. The paid edition provides a multitude of features that can be tailored and used in accordance with the organisation's specific requirements.
Email integration facilitates notifications that remind team members of their responsibilities and inform them when a task is assigned or completed, thereby ensuring comprehensive visibility.

It works really well in a large number of projects where multiple teams are involved in single or multiple projects.
It helps to understand the workload, challenges and outcomes.
It supports integration with Google Mail and Outlook, and I have tested it and can confidently say it works smoothly with both.
