Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence
We are using Confluence increasingly throughout our entire company. I manage our Test Engineering team and I was the first leader to really utilize Confluence to the best of its ability. We had all this knowledge in everyone's heads that needed to be documented. You know, the "bus factor." Utilizing Confluence for this has rapidly increased the knowledge sharing across our team and teams. Also, it's much faster to onboard new employees when you can direct them to your library of documentation and how-tos!

I would not use it for creating technical diagrams. Presenting ones already created, however, is perfectly fine—presenting as an embedded file/image or an attachment. It's perfect for organizing lots of knowledge, how-tos, and team agreements. It's really helped my team to maximize our time and share information in the most efficient manner.
