Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara is used across the whole organization, especially in Accounting and Finance. It addresses a lot of tax issues and automates the tax process for us, including exemption.

Yes, we are a year into it LIVE, and yes, it's very beneficial.
We only use Avalara so far.
Manages tax jurisdiction and customization very well. Tax is very difficult to manage, and automating the tax process is a huge time saver. Exemptions and returns are great features. Would be good for an organization of any size.
