Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We are using Avalara for filing returns every month. Before using Avalara its to complicated to calculate tax on the basis of States and Counties. Now it's too easy, the transaction is automatically recorded on Avalara and integration provide us the auto calculate taxes.

Pros

  • Provide the state wise tax collection report.
  • Easy to file
  • Filing returns on time

Cons

  • Apply SST number for newly added tax State need to provide or fill all details again and again, you can assist us if the profile available data is already filled with the relevant field

  • Just need to update the notice and their support team provide you assistance on it.

It's too good for an organization who have limited staff, software reduces their workload and allows and assists to complete the taxation in a few hours.

All of the above we have used because be recently started filing taxes in a new state and they help us in backfiling. Also, provided the training and assisted us in uploading the exemption certificate.

Yes, they provided timely updates, and when we needed changes to our tax system, we implemented them based on their guidance, which they completed accurately.
We operate in the digital goods sector, offering services to businesses through electronic downloads, with Avalara assisting us in tax compliance.
We already sell internationally - We rely on our reseller to manage our tax compliance in international territories.
We have a domestic sales team focused on securing deals internationally. If we expand in the future and require your services, we will take it into account.
