Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use Avalara to compute the sales tax on our invoices, including our e-commerce platforms. We also use it to collect and maintain exemption certificates and to file some of our more tedious sales tax returns on our behalf.

- We definitely save time not having to manually compute sales tax or collect and provide exemption certificates.
- I feel like they haven't given us enough timely support in implementing our ECM add-on.

Yes, I think both are valuable to ensure we have a good process that is efficient.
I think it's very comparable. Avalara was already in place prior to me joining my current employer.
