We use Avaya Cloud Office to make local and international calls when speaking to suppliers and our transportation agency. Avaya Cloud Office has also been vital in our local communication since most of our clients are in the interior regions with network challenges. Avaya Cloud Office has enabled us to stay in direct contact with internal and external contacts through the Avaya Equinox and Avaya Workplace app.

- There is no support for Avaya Cloud Office Phone, Avaya Cloud Office Phone for Mobile, or any other softphone.
- There is no support for the Call Queue functionality. Intercom and paging services are not available.
