Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
Avaya Cloud Office has adapted in our Customer Service Department for about a year now. Currently, we are in the process of enrolling it across all of our departments.
- Powers VoIP calls via WiFi or over 3G/4G without wasting carrier minutes.
- Offers text messages to anybody in the US and Canada for free.
- Conversation handoffs allow you to go from utilizing a data service to a cellular modem during a call.
- The service should include a mailbox
- The current software does not support E-faxing. An E-fax extension would be an improvement
- Avaya should introduced a mobile supported software.
- Reduced the cost of communications.
- Created an optimized communication channel.
- Provides technological innovation.
