Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
My company has a call center with 3-5 agents taking inbound customer service calls. The team also completes many outbound calls throughout the day. We have our office phones for the rest of the company with Avaya Cloud Office and have been happy with the services.
- Informs of potential downtime
- Completes required maintenance when no one is at work
- Sends monthly billing statements for our finance department
- Some features such as logging an agent out remotely can be hard to locate
- Live reporting must be refreshed to get accurate data
- We have been able to provide support to thousands of customers virtually with cloud
We haven't used all features but will if needed. We use all calling functions as well as the fax function daily or weekly.
We do not use these features.
