Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

We use it for the help desk for managed services as well as all the features it has to offer from chat to video calls to messaging and more. It works well for our environment and helps with selling the product to our clients.

  • Portal is very easy to use
  • Ease of product in general form the app to the hard phones
  • Phones seem to need to be hard booted occasionally
  • With using it is can help us sell it
  • Changed how our company uses the phone system and was able to save money on our previous billing from analog lines and an on-premise phone system
Yes we use all features as needed
Unfortunately, this is the one thing Avaya Cloud Office is lacking. Support is not up to par on the system and sometimes we feel we know more than the techs on the other side of the phone when we call in. We have struggled with support and getting things fixed in a timely manner and have expressed this with our channel rep at Avaya.
We have not done one of those yet.
