Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We use AVI-SPL for our audio-video projects at our ten casino and hotel properties. We have used them for refresh projects, including a large refresh at our West Siloam Springs casino in late 2022. We also purchase day-to-day AV products from them. They assisted us in creating a portable banquet AV unit for our flagship property - Hard Rock Casino and Hotel Tulsa.

AVI-SPL is a competitive vendor and has bid on several of our RFPs. Sometimes, they are the lowest bidder. Other times, even though they aren't the lowest bidder, their technical expertise and ability to work within our timeline/schedule make them the most competitive from an overall standpoint. We have selected AVI-SPL on several occasions because of their pricing, expertise, ability to obtain the equipment we need in a quick manner, and their ability to work within our schedules and project timelines.

Pricing is typically the lead factor in evaluating a bid or quote.
We wouldn't change our evaluation or selection process. Our bid process typically includes descoping sessions between a short list of vendors and our AV, legal, and purchasing team. This allows both the vendor and our organization to ensure we are on the same page regarding the project. By doing this, we can ensure we make the best selection in regard to pricing, timing, and product availability.
