Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We have been working with AVISPL on an evaluation and pilot of VoIP services to replace our legacy phone systems. Evaluations have included Zoom Phone, Teams Phone, Avaya Cloud Office, Ring Central and others. We have also worked with them to implement an Audiocodes SBC to bridge communications between our legacy platform and new solution during a transition period.

- They have knowledge and expertise on a broad scope of possible solutions for us to evaluate
- AVISPL has in-house technical expertise that has been instrumental in implementing our proof-of-concept trials
- We have no recommendations for improvement. Their solutions and staff are great to work with.
- Their knowledge and broad array of partners has allowed us to more quickly evaluate several alternatives and quickly focus our efforts on 1-2 key solutoins.
We are currently with with AVI-SPL on an evaluation and POC of Zoom Phone and Teams Phone to replace our legacy voice systems and more seamlessly enable a hybrid working environment.
