Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

An AV implementer for our complex conference rooms

  • Some of the hardware used has been problematic requiring troubleshooting and problems using the technology regularily
  • We've used the technology for several company wide events which saves on travel expenses etc. Number hard to quantify.
We installed the system a few years ago and were supposed to have regular on-site visits, I've only seen them once since installation.
They were only used for one large room but it is used for company wide virtual events.
Standard video rooms without all the technology are way more reliable. In hind sight making the room simpler may have been better.

If they were local we might use them more, we only bring them in for the most complicated projects primarily because they do not have offices in Duluth. Support did not follow up with action items from site visit either.
