Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL was instrumental in assisting our organization identifying and updating key aspects our Audio and Visual needs within our Conference Room Venue that needed updated. They provided assistance and guidance on updating our rooms to ensure we were able to provide great quality spaces to both tenants and guests.

  • We went through a few project managers over the course of the project.
  • Improved the look of the space with updated AV technology
  • Length of project did lead us to missing a full months revenue
I used AVI-SPL in a different way so I wouldn't compare them, but AVI-SPL has been a good vendor.

AVI-SPL would be well suited for updating systems where little to no guidance is provided. I didn't have the full history on the venue, but they were able to investigate and find solutions.
