Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

I used AVI-APL to purchase a projector and screen. AVI-APL was great in helping me determine which screen and projector would best meet my needs. When presenting, I needed a large screen and projector to display the information to the attendees, and I was able to find the perfect one with the help of AVI-SPL.

Pros

  • Customer Service and Making Recommendation.
  • Explaining Specification of Products.
  • Advising of Pros and Cons of different products.

Cons

  • Shipping sometimes took long, but this was more a problem of the vendors they worked with and the customization of the products.
  • When products are discontinued, they don't have alternative replacements (i.e., lightbulbs for the projector) from third-party producers.
  • With the products they supplied, I was better able to present the information to my clients.
  • Based on the conference room size, they help determine the best projector that would optimize the viewing for the clients in the room.
  • This had a positive impact as I was more effectively able to communicate the information to my clients in an engaging manner.
They help explain the product specifications and help problem-solve other details of setting up the projector and screen (i.e., lighting, placement of projector and mounts). They provided excellent support and helped me set up the projector and screen in the most effective way for optimal performance.
The projector and screen set-up has made clients and employees more engaged in the work. It allows the information to be presented in different formats that they can easily see and understand, as opposed to just a verbal presentation/ speech. The projector and screen have been handy for my company.

They offer excellent customer service and are highly knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to listen to my needs, make recommendations, and adjust based on my feedback. I was able to find the perfect products I need through their help. They can help find the ideal projector, light bulb replacement, mount, and screens.
