Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

BambooHR is used across the organization for onboarding, employee reviews and all things HR management like signing important documents, updates/notices, etc.

Pros

  • Onboarding checklist - really easy to use
  • Quick links to important documents

Cons

  • Honestly nothing - it’s so easy as an end user.
  • Helped me onboard quickly
  • Easy to access important information
Much easier to use, at least as end user, than UltiPro. However I’m not sure if it’s as robust.
I have never used the support.

BambooHR has worked particularly well for our small / all-remote company. The onboarding in particular is laid out in a really clear and easy-to-use way. Having used other HR Systems in my past, I greatly prefer BambooHR.
