Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use this as our main HRIS. It allows us to manage employee information, track PTO, see who is in and out of the remote office, save and file documents, and use the reporting feature. We also heavily use it for recruitment. We do all of our hiring through the system, from posting to screening, etc. We then manage to onboard the successful candidates onto our team using BambooHR.

  • Compensation: tracking multiple pay streams.
  • Alerts for ending contracts.
  • More customization.
  • Self Service is great to free up time for Admin.
  • Self-Service/ Tracked PTO and sick days are easy to use and track very well. This frees up Admin time and is transparent for all employees.
  • Easy to use Job postings with very trackable sourcing reports.
  • Easy to use. Easy to onboard and user friendly interface. Requires minimal training.
It’s a very user-friendly interface. It is modern and easy on the eyes. It is simple and not overloaded with too much detail. It is not overwhelming, and it is visually insightful for all types of learners and workers. The backend is also just as simple to use and visualize.
I have used the help chat function several times and that is easy and great to use. There are also many articles, FAQs sections and an entire learning platform to learn on your own. I believe that is great. I also have used ChatGPT to ask how to do certain functions as well, which were accurately reported.
The reporting function is easy to use and very customizable.

Yes

I think BambooHR is great for both small businesses and larger/growing organizations or companies. It is user-friendly and can be utilized by all working generations. It isn’t incredible for the features within its ATS, but there is the ability to integrate API or other tech stacks through its marketplace to help improve your recruitment.
