BambooHR handles all our employee's data and tracking! This includes hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and offboarding. We'd be lost without this program as it allows managers to really manage their team member's accounts. As an HR department of one, I'm grateful to have a program to not only quickly help me solve issues, but also other members of the team.

- Hold employees' documents and notes.
- Easily requests promotions and raises.
- Build some features out to better handle multi-business companies - like departments in "hiring".
- Be a resource hub! Allow pictures and templates in announcements. Would help our communication to be centralized.
- HR able to focus on bigger things over admin tasks.
- Gives employees the ability to see and manage their data.
We typically can get the information we need through reports! Majority of the time, it's straightforward.

Yes - ADP was used before I started working here. They changed because of the cost and lack of usability among employees.

A one place for everything. We need something to hold pay and benefit information, hiring, evals, etc.
We need a software able to work seamlessly with three business groups and 15 locations. BambooHR will not keep up as we grow.

We're had great support being on the Advantage package. We are not Pro users, but our requests are always answered.
Yes - Yes for the most part
All the time! There call lines are fairly quick and all reps are knowledgeable. One time the rep did not know, but quickly emailed me that they are escalating the issue. I got an email from the department lead and it was resolved by EOD.
