Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR as our main HRMS, which includes onboarding, offboarding, hiring, reporting, performance, eNPS, time off, time tracking, etc. Overall, we are very happy with it; the system has helped us to digitize lots of processes, save us time, and offer a better employee experience. Also, the support team is super responsive.

Cons

  • Time-off: more efficient way to set up policies
  • The way holidays are displayed, for example to have a filter per country
  • eNPS and wellbeing: Nice modules but I would like to have the opportunity to add our own questions.
  • Integration with Slack on who's out every day, so there is not need to manually add it every day.
  • Time saving
  • Better monitor of processes, e.g., on-boarding/off-off-boarding, job and salary history, announcements
  • Have all employees info in one place
  • Improve the employee experience we offer to our people

Bamboo HR reporting supports the on-demand requests we have for the upper management and also the Audits that occurred during the year.
