Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses BambooHR for most if not all HR functions. Tracking attendance, benefits, and utilizes the full onboarding experience. I am new to the HR world and BambooHR has been a fantastic tool to learn about the profession and also streamline some processes for the company. I would like to continue to learn more functions to keep making HR functions for the company simpler.

Usability

Overall I believe this aspect is very well done. As a first time HR rep this application has been excellent in helping me navigate HR functions within my role and company. As I continue to grow in the role and using BambooHR regularly, I will find myself having a comfortability with the functions.

Support Rating

I have had the contact BambooHR support multiple times since beginning in this role. They have always responded within a 24 hour period. This has allowed me to continue to learn the functions of BambooHR with little set back when I do need a question answered from the support team.

BambooHR Reporting

It has been a huge relief and valuable function for the company. It provides a quick and easy way to access reports especially when needed in a timely manner. It has helped make the company look professional as well with how the reports are processed and look. I look forward to utilizing the reports function more.

Alternatives Considered

Paycor

In my previous role I used Paycor and Paycor Recruiting. This application was hard to use. It was not user friendly, slow, and the functionality was weak. Bambo provides and much better user friendly functions. I would not recommend Paycor for any future roles in this company or for colleagues.

This is the first platform I am using as a HR Generalist and it has been very accommodating and user friendly. As a first time HR representative I was nervous in learning the ins and out and everything on BambooHR has a video or work instructions that I can reference which has been extremely helpful.
