Basecamp has more than 18 years of experience in managing projects and they have used all their experiences in building this simple tool. It simplifies problems that work perfectly even for the most complex and difficult projects. Using it, project managers can monitor the flow of projects making sure that the project completes on time. Customer support is also available anytime to help with your problems and give training properly. We use Basecamp to centralize everyone and on what we are working on. We spread news on basecamp in our organization on updates of our product, any new features that are introduced, new notifications, events, to-do lists, client meetings schedule notification etc. It has helped us managing workflow, managing meetings, sending messages from one team to another that may not be at the same location. It can be accessed from anywhere and at any time.
