Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
It is being used by an organization to oversee a sales team's activities within a new construction condo project. It helps the director follow up with teh sales team and ensure that they complete their tasks when it comes to contract and document signatures.
- Shareable documents as a reference tool
- History of each file or project
- Creation of new sections for specific projects
- Rearranging already uploaded documents within Basecamp without having to delete and upload again
- Limiting permissions
- Correcting or editing attached documents
- The negative impact is that everyone who has access gets every communication (too many notifications), whether they are implicated in the matter or not.
- You see everyone's comments.
- Very efficient for an organization who wants to micromanage.
