Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a graphic design agency, we use Basecamp to keep track of the work we do for clients and share progress with each other. This allows us to communicate with each other so we can collaborate on projects. We assign jobs to each other for each project and are able to make sure we get everything done in a timely fashion. We use all parts of Basecamp to complete our design agency work remotely.

It is great! There are just a few times where things do not work, like sometimes PNG uploads aren't visible and pages randomly close.

We are able to keep all of the work we do for different clients separate and organized. It makes it easy to find things and track time when using the Everhour extension. It is less appropriate when we need to work with large files. It can take a long time to upload and can just crash the window. Sometimes we have to just post a link to Dropbox because of the size of the file.
