Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Basecamp for all of our daily communication. We also use it for file sharing and organization. It keeps all of our projects easy to find and we can set deadlines and estimates. It also works seamlessly with our timekeeping platform so it's super easy to track our hours.

We have recently been having trouble with PNGs
I wish that copy-pasting worked better (like copy-pasting from an email).
There could be a better Gantt chart function.

Return on Investment

I don't have exact numbers but I seriously love how Basecamp changed our workflow.

Usability

I would give it a ten but we have some very minor issues. Those have all been easy to work around and I still really like Basecamp. We also have trouble with some clients who can only handle email—but those are rare cases when technology is just not their thing.

Everhour, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe After Effects and Google Sheets

We still use all of the other products but basecamp is great for project management.

Likelihood to Recommend

When we onboard a new employee, we get them on Basecamp on day one. We do the same with customers as long as they are computer-literate enough to handle it. It is so much more organized than email communications and being able to send large files is a game changer.
