Overall Satisfaction with BeyondTrust Remote Support (formerly Bomgar)
Currently, we use it in the IT department. We use it for server management and to remotely assist end-users on their computers.

- Better chat session functionality.

BeyondTrust is way better and much more efficient in its interface and workflows.
