We are a BigCommerce partner. We promote BigCommerce exclusively over all other platforms.

- Show an organization tree (flow chart), would be nice of all features offered by BigCommerce and also third parties.

We use mailchimp and a few others. Where we find it lacking is in the accounting area. We are forced to integrate with QuickBooks which is a real pain. We feel it would be better to have an integrated accounting program so as to be more seamless.
- Because of BigCommerce's SEO features, we are freed up from having to put so much effort into SEO.
- Because of integration into social media, we have more time to work in other areas.
- Because of professional tech support when we encounter an issue we can receive quick answer/fix and be on our way.
