Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is the platform for the eCommerce part of our business. We were looking to expand our business in the pilot supplies and aircraft parts field and BigCommerce was affordable, easy to set up and could grow with us. We have been very pleased with the development of this platform and feel that it will continue to meet our needs in the future.
- Provides us with templates that are clean, easy to use and convert well.
- They are always improving the capabilties of the platform and innovating.
- They are always receptive to suggestions and request for new features.
- Their town halls are a great way to keep up on industry changes and improvements.
- They need to address the large number of fake product reviews that are appearing for approval daily.
- The shipping algorithms do not allow enough power to differentiate which products do not qualify for "free shipping".
- The one page check-out is a improvement over the previous checkout, but still has bugs and problems.

We use MailChimp, online support, and Skubana to supplement the BigCommercie platform. We have not been able to integrate BigCommerce into our omnichannel marketing. This is because of the following reasons 1. Amazon categories presently supported are not appropriate for our lines. 2. Integrating Ebay would involve a lot of unnecessary listing charges for listing items that rarely sell.
- Definitely allowed us to focus on a streamlined administration of our business
- Allowed us to track product sales on a continuous basis
- We like the fact that we are able to convert abandoned carts into orders
Did a lot of research and through reviews felt that we found the stable and easy to use platform. We certainly look at the constant parade of competitor emails, but really do like BigCommerce and intend to be a long-term user.
