BC is the main online selling platform for all my products. It is used by all users in the company to manage online selling.

- Very strong SEO and Google integration over time for site owners
- Platform upgrades and features that improve sales for users
- BC Townhall to keep users updated about new features
- Themes upgrade is costing users very much because of theme customizations on the existing store.
- Image gallery needs improvements for the default cornerstone theme.
- Megamenu for default cornerstone is hard to use and setup, drop down and product filtering menus not comprehensive enough.
- Good ROI over time as store SEO dramatically improve only after 3 years or more.

We have limited use of API and third-party apps to integrate without the store because of a lack of tech knowledge and BC partner tend to be too expensive for micro business to make minor changes to make use of the latest platform features.
BC is much more superior than Shopify for micro-businesses because of its strength in SEO without investing in professional search engine customizations with just the default out of the box plan.
