Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
BigCommerce is our web platform for both our organizations, Bank's Vacuum SuperStores, and Bank's Oreck Vacuum. We use it as an e-Commerce site for all the products and services we sell. BigCommerce consolidates and streamlines all of our online orders. It even handles proper tax calculations via AvaTax. The easy to read and understand dashboard provides a quick-view of my financials.
- Easy to use admin panel - Everything is where you would think it will be. It's so intuitive.
- The live chat! What can I say? These people are amazing. I have been walked through almost everything! They are so friendly and helpful and do not give up until your problems are solved.
- Product options - This function really needs some help. It is not easy to use and is very confusing. I offered this feature on a handful of products but the time it took me to set this up I gave up using it altogether.
- Apps and install directions - I am unsure if this is a BC problem or third party problem. I have found that most of the apps I use have outdated install directions in regards to BigCommerce.
- In general, having a beautiful and user-friendly site is all we wanted at the end of the day. The streamlined process to connect it to our GoogleAds has increased our visitors and order value phenomenally.

I don't know anything about this aspect. I have a BigCommerce partner developer who handles all of this. My site is completely customized from the home page to the product page. It was expensive work but it's a beautiful site.
