Bigcommerce is used as our e-commerce website for selling our stock to customers. It solves the issue of not having to use a 3rd party to create and design an e-commerce site as well as giving us to power to edit and update when needed easily. It also links to Linnworks so we can manage all sales with our other channels.

There is a lot you can do as standard but sometimes you have to use apps which can be costly and may not have exactly what you need. However, it is easy to edit the templates to add what you need to the site and you can manage all the data quite well. A user-friendly dashboard.

BigCommerce is able to link to Linnworks which means we control all data via Linnworks. That means we do not have to do it desperately to our other channels and we save a lot of time.

Likelihood to Recommend

When we moved to our new multi-channel service provider, we needed a website that could integrate with them and cheaply. Bigcommerce integrated for free and was a massive step up from the website we used to have. Rather than spending £5000+ and more for updates, we could manage the site with a smaller monthly payment.
