Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
I run a small web retail business, across four different countries with multiple brands. BigCommerce allows the integration I need and good levels of support to ensure that the customer journey, from discovery to delivery is smooth. I have been very happy so far with the BigCommerce service levels and experience, and opening up another store shortly.
Pros
- Service - support requests are responded to expertly and swiftly.
- Integration - I can plug BigCommerce into my other back end systems to simplify payment, fulfillment, stock control, and finance.
- Ease of use - using one platform across all my brands means that making changes is relatively painless.
Cons
- Xero integration is a little flaky - I keep on getting problem reports I cannot get rid of.
- I use an old store template that is no longer available. I dread the possibility of having to restore from backup.
- I would love a simple management App on iOS/Android for performing basic tasks on the move.
- The business requirement to have a storefront. Obviously positive.
- Integration with other systems - positive.
