Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
I use BigCommerce as the primary means to sell the products I develop for the quilting market.
Pros
- Customer service - I don't think I have ever had a problem that they could not correct, either immediately or within 24 hours.
- Problems have been very few.
- BigCommerce is like an "Apple" product. You don't have to read a 3" thick manual to figure out how to build or change your website - it is very intuitive.
- I started out with BigCommerce and switched to an industry-specific provider for my website services and my sales went down with the other company. As soon as I switched back to BigCommerce, my sales started going up again. I don't know what they do on the back end (SEO), but it works and gets my company traffic.
Cons
- Hard to think of anything I would ask them for!
- As a small company, it has allowed me to position my company to appear much bigger, because my website looks and performs professionally, not like a website that has been built by a neighbor's teenager.

I have not had a need to use the integrations.
Very simply - my sales were much better using BigCommerce - don't know how they do it, but it works!
