Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
It is used across my whole business. It keeps my online retail business looking professional and makes my website run smoothly. I originally built my own website. With BigCommerce handling it, I have time to do other things to grow my business. I love that there is someone available 24/7 if I have an issue or a question. I do not like that I have to pay other companies for some of the apps that I feel should be included in every website.
- 24/7 customer service.
- Continually keep updating to keep up with the ever-growing needs of websites such as working on any platform.
- The are little things with the dashboard that would make it quicker to use. I’ve discussed them with a representative.
- Because my site looks professional, my customers are more likely to shop with me.
- Since I don’t have to keep up with learning the newest technology for building my website, I can focus on other areas of my business.
- Many of the apps I use and need to attract customers are not included and I think they should be.

Some of the add ons are understandably not included but I feel many of them should be included. After all, if I grow, Big Commerce will get more money from me.
Other than the little program I started with 13 years ago, I have been with BigCommerce.
