We have used BigCommerce for our magazine business, including integration with shipping partners. We have been able to manipulate the template to meet our needs for 3rd-party links to our subscription fulfillment system, etc. It has been extremely flexible and useful in meeting all our needs.
- The system is very user-friendly, and it took no time at all for us to be comfortable with using it.
- The Big Commerce technical support is outstanding; they are available 24/7. I've never experienced this level of convenience and quality. It's second to none!
- Sometimes our template has been a tad limiting, but we have worked around those instances successfully.
- I love the built-in abandoned cart messaging using discount codes. Once we started using this feature, we saw a large increase in sales success!
- We are probably not using the SEO capabilities to their fullest potential, but the option is there, and as soon as we hire someone to help us, we will!
