Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

It's used in the whole organization. It is the platform with which customers purchase our jewelry.

A lot of things that I wanted the platform to have (when I started using it in 2014) have now been implemented, so it's hard to think of what it's missing currently.

It has the framework to become seriously scalable if that's what we wanted to do - however, custom jewelry does not lend itself to scalability.

BigCommerce seemed to have all the features I needed, at the price I needed, and had a free trial I could access

Hard to say - it's great for eCommerce, which is where we are focused. I have no reason to think about other sectors.
