Small direct marketing company using BigCommerce as portal for website.

Pros

  • Cross platform to eBay.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • We have a problem with weights when sending to our shipping company, 100 grams is changed to 100 KG.
  • Shipping costs localized to Australian Post Codes.
  • Increased sales across Australia.
  • Increased company's presence in Australia.

Could be better?
Have connected to Pack And Send shipping portal.
Zencart not good with Google.
Find it easy to program but there could be improvements in the shipping area.
