Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
Our company wanted an online platform to sell our product. Big Commerce came to the rescue! I had absolutely no experience with website building, SEO, etc and this platform made it so easy, our sales have grown drastically every year. Thank you BC!
- Excellent at SEO and Organic search results works with a variety of SE and made it so easy to integrate with other large platforms such as Amazon, FB, etc.
- Easy to customize with Wordpress and it walks you through the steps. Online Selling made easy by BC!
- Their support staff is excellent and allows you to integrate live quotes from various shippers, set up where you want to sell, integrate Google ads, etc.
- I would like to see a promo code for products that allows you to combine quantities form the same product group for discounted pricing.
- The ability to see if a guest account has ordered before if possible?

We were able to integrate our email campaigns, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, E Bay and our internal software inventory API to automatically update our inventory in real-time. The legacy and API settings make even the most inexperienced user able to cross-sell across multiple platforms without having to input the product and or information multiple times.
We originally looked at another vendor for this platform but in the end, we chose BC. Their capabilities, integrated apps, analytics, SEO optimization and ability to customize every aspect of our website made it the right fit for us. We have a lot of products that have similar part numbers and this allowed us to differentiate and upsell at the same time. Thank you, BC!
