Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
I have used BigCommerce across 3 platforms for 12 years, it is very user friendly for both retailers and customers, I was one of the earlier customers in Australia and have recommended to many who have also been successful both current and past businesses. If you are looking for e commerce then BigCommerce is the answer.

- Very cost effective
- Built in seo
- Great selection of templates for all industries both free and paid
- Ease of check out for customers
- After 12 years of use I feel the developers and principals of Big Commerce have always been ahead of the curve
- Big Commerce always seemed to reinvest in their company
- From where I sit I couldn’t really point to an area where I feel it could be improved
- Easy to setup
- Very user friendly for customers
- Site ranks well on google with built in Seo
