Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I am a small, one man, business and I have started to use Bigin by Zoho CRM to provide a simple CRM function that is easy to use.

I can email my leads setting up a workflow and pipeline to simplify my sales process.
  • Entry of customer details
  • Ease of reporting
  • Tracking of customer specific emails
  • Setting up of workflow
  • Use of user multiple email addresses so that emails can be sent from and received by multiple emails
  • Better colour control of dashboard
  • Haven't gone deep enough to think of more
  • Made tracking of prospects easier
  • Made contacting multiple prospects easier
  • Properly sorts emails from prospects and customers
Bigin by Zoho CRM is so much easier to use, it is more intuitive, forgiving of errors. Bigin by Zoho CRM is much better priced for the small business.
