Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are a small team with many steps in the sales process and several sales levels, meaning once one product is bought and set up, you can buy the following products. As different people might be involved in different steps, it is very efficient but also straightforward. Part of the team was pretty old school, so we needed something simple without a long learning curve for them.

  • Easy for crm beginners.
  • Good visual view of all your leads.
  • Integrate with Zoho emails.
  • Integrate with Zoho email contacts so you don't need to add them.
  • Better integration with Zoho drive.
  • Positive is that we have all our sales in one place.
  • Made it easy for everyone to see other people performance.
  • I like the steps so people must follow them.
The price is much more attractive than equivalent tools. Pipe drive is as good, but the cost is a big factor when you are a small company, especially at the beginning. So that is why we chose BIgin, and we are delighted with it. With five members, it saves a few hundreds of euros a year.

It's perfect for small businesses that need a tool that can be ready to run in a few days and avoid a long learning curve. If you want to integrate it with your marketing, you might need a better tool, but to be honest, I haven't really tried that yet. So, for what we do at the moment, it does 100% of the job. Let's see as we grow if we see a need to evolve to something more complex.
