Great Easy to use CRM for Small businesses
Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
We use Bigin by Zoho CRM for all of our systems and processes, from lead generation to management, in facility systems and marketing. The automation functions and gantt view really help our business save time on repititive tasks as well as allow us a quick glance overview of where our orders/sales/jobs are in our pipelines.

- Consistently innovating and improving systems
Cons
- Integrated messaging service (which is underdevelopment)
- Integrated invoicing from products field (you have to manually invoice through their books/invoice software)
- We have saved a lot of manual labour (at least 5hrs per week)
- HubSpot CRM and ServiceM8
Other Crms are hard to set up or difficult to use, or have limitations like iphone/ios only and this doesnt work for our business. Bigin by Zoho CRM works for us as we are integrated with the Zoho platform so it works extremely well for us.
