Overall Satisfaction with BILL

We use BILL.com Primarly for Accounts Payable activities, such as invoice recording, making payments, Pulling out specific reports based on the requirement of the analysis and the BILL.com in integrated with Intacct which allows smooth transit of Data. My specific Use case is to record the invoices and make payments

BILL.com earns a 9/10 for its ability to drive efficiency, scalability, and financial control. It's become an essential part of our finance tech stack, and with a few enhancements—especially in customization of reporting, improvement in certain features and cost flexibility at certain situtations —it could be a perfect 10.
1. Automation & Workflow Efficiency.2. Integration Capabilities with other softwaresWe needed a centralized, automated, and scalable solution for managing both payables and receivables. The strong integration with our existing accounting software was a key factor.The platform gave us better visibility and control over cash flow and approval processes.

The auto-email Trigger of every activity of BILL.com with help the users at large to be informed about the activities happening in the software through there Inbox.
