Overall Satisfaction with Bing Ads
Bing Ads is used by all media teams running a search for various clients. It address the need to have as much search coverage as possible for our clients and reach as many audience segments as possible.
Pros
- The Editor tool is user friendly and allows for mass changes to be made in bulk, which saves a lot of time.
- I like large selection of reports available to us and the many ways to cut and dice the data prior to exporting.
- The alerts that pop up at the top for either program opportunities or errors. These are helpful especially on larger programs.
Cons
- It would be great to have more insight into the "bing network search partners". With the majority of search partner traffic coming from there, it would be helpful to understand those partners better.
- I'd like to see more options in updating shared keyword lists in the editor tool. Adding and removing campaigns in this view would be helpful.
- Customer service is great! Our reps help us resolve issues very quickly and are very knowledgeable about our business.
- There seemed to be an issue in the Search Partner Network prior to enhanced campaigns, where traffic was getting through to mobile even with mobile turned off. A lot of reporting and communication was done to try and understand how this was happening but a solution was never discovered. The team dropped the issue after enhanced campaigns.
