Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

BlackLine is being used in our managed services department to facilitate monthly close procedures for our various clients. We currently utilize the reconciliation and task management modules. It address the transparency, documentation and the general flow of our monthly closes. BlackLine has helped our department to be more efficient in getting monthly closes completed timely.

BlackLine actually works really well with Intacct. we use both and they complement one another.

BlackLine provides trainings to make their products easy to use, but you would be a little lost without those trainings.
They are prompt with responding to any support questions.
BlackLine is very well suited for clients or companies that have large and cumbersome reconciliations each month. The more activity, the more beneficial it is to utilize blackline's platform. For smaller clients or companies that do not have the budget for the service, it is not as advantageous as it may not eliminate much work like it does for larger ones.
