Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently in implementation phase and only implementing Reconciliation. We are having some issues with FRA due to tagging and mapping account. We have few feature request for BlackLine which we are waiting on timeline before implementing new module

Pros

BlackLine has amazing people who are ready to help and answer your questions
BlackLine University during conference is very helpful

Cons

I like to see more focus on FRA module especially where you have multiple fluxes for auditors and internal BVA.

Return on Investment

Still waiting to see the impact of BlackLine since we are in UAT phase.

Customer Success is really good and optimization academy is something I learned during conference so would be good to know how we can leverage that.

FloQast

FloQast has better UI and user friendly. Also, you don't need separate business admin.
