Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Mainly for newsletters, transactional emails, and automail. We are aiming to use it for better experiments in the future when you have fixed the SPA problem. Now it is a bit hard to work without having the flickering effect that we see now. We are also going to use more pop-up banners (Weblayers) and other things. We are using the reports and dashboards a lot today.

It was really good last year but has decreased this year. It takes hours to even get the first answer. It does not feel like a live chat right now.
I don't belive it before I see concrete examples of it.

For newsletters and automail really good. For experiments on SPA pages pretty bad! Flickering is not an option.
