Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization
The way I have used Bloomreach, and will continue to use Bloomreach, for personalisation is especially using predective AI to determine which products and brands should be in each email (personalised recommendations). Not only that, but also using AI to determine when the email should be sent (both at what specific time but also after how many days since purchase for example).
Pros
- Recommendations based on behaviour and similar customers
- Segmentation based on customer journey
- Reporting help functionality
Cons
- Funnel reporting (not sure how to use this properly? Seems like there is very few options in there)
- Structure - would be nice to be able to create folders in 'Scenarios' and 'Email Campaigns' for example. Initiatives does not work as well.
- More email templates
- Engagement rates have gone up a lot
- We can have more control and more options in regards to attributing the revenue to the correct email.
Loomi analytics is a great tool to get started with your customer journeys!
Bloomreach has it all in one package - and for retailers with many products and many markets you'll find that Bloomreach makes it easy to get an overview over performance for each country, and the email editor is a great tool for multi-language customers. Especially the newest functionality where you can get data directly transferred from a Google Sheet and into the email editor is super cool!
