Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used for audio conference calling, video conferencing and screen sharing across every department at my entire organization. We have 5 offices across the United States with roughly 200 employees. Every employee has an account with BlueJeans. BlueJeans makes it easy for us to schedule meetings, connect and share content with each other. We also use BlueJeans for calls with clients and prospects. The easy-to-use platform makes it simple for people who don't have a BlueJeans account to easily join the audio or video conference.
- Customizable meeting IDs make it easy to remember meeting credentials.
- As the meeting host, you have great administrative privileges including what content is being shared and muting/un-muting attendees.
- It is particularly easy to start your meeting and quickly share meeting details with coworkers and clients.
- BlueJeans integrates seamlessly with many calendar applications including Google Calendar.
- Easily share content by sharing your entire screen or a specific application that is open on your computer.

- In my experience, there are no real cons to using BlueJeans. I haven't had any issues.
- It's hard to provide a number for the ROI we have experienced with BlueJeans. I can, however, tell you that in terms of efficiency, BlueJeans allows us to save time. Time is very valuable, especially in service-providing businesses where a lot of time is billable.
My organization switched from WebEx to BlueJeans. I would say it was a smart move. We often experienced dropped meetings and poor audio quality with WebEx. Also, the customizable meeting features of BlueJeans made our meeting capabilities far more robust. We can now easily manage who joins meetings, what content is being shared, and whether or not we want to record, save and share sessions.
