Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Being a small company, most of us work from our homes. Bluejeans addresses the problem of needing a reliable place to conduct meetings and training sessions without utilizing too many computer resources and allowing for easy access.
  • Ease of access. Bluejeans is available to meeting attendees via desktop, tablet, smartphone, web browser.
  • Ease of use. It doesn't take more than a few clicks to join a meeting.
  • Reliability. Bluejeans continues to be a reliable platform.
  • Constant evolving. The Bluejeans team is constantly improving the tool to bring in features suggested by its users.
  • Side by Side interview layout - although I understand that this is coming and am looking forward to its release.
  • Application download from the website. It is clear that they want you to download the application, however, it would be great if equal emphasis was placed on launching the meeting through the browser as this step isn't always evident to meeting attendees.
  • Bluejeans allows me to spend less time commuting to meet with clients and more time offering them value.
Every tool has it's pros and its cons. For me, Bluejeans meets my everyday needs and the price point is perfect.
I conduct online consultations and training sessions. Bluejeans serves as an integral tool in my toolbox enabling me to bring more value to my clients.
