Overall Satisfaction with Bold360

We assist customers, using Bold360.
  • Bold Console is far better than Bold360. The Bold console has a lot more options which 360 does not have. The only advantage of Bold360 is the reconnect option when connections are interrupted.
  • Chat Disconnects, or old chat reconnecting if the customers are trying to connect again.
  • If Bold360 is provided with options that are available in the Bold Console it would help a lot. There is no discussion tab, and no option available to see our scores.
  • We faced a lot of issues when Bold360 was introduced. The chats would be disconnected while handling midway and would reconnect later. This is now reduced. However, there are instances where this is still happening and sometimes it lets the AI in while assisting customers midway, which is also reduced now but still continues, while older chats are getting reconnected.
I have used Skype, not for business but for communicating within the organization, which is very useful. Where Bold360 is used for working, it is the main console we work on for assisting customers, so we had no options because the company chose Bold360.
Bold360 can be best suited for chat-based service providers or customer service providers who specifically use chat services.
